What We've Delivered

Two businesses that stopped paying taxes reactively and started planning the year ahead.

Established businessOver 2 years
$370,000+
saved in taxes
Rebuilt financial reportingYear-round planning

The company had an accountant who filed accurately and on time, but nobody planned ahead. We rebuilt its reporting, then timed equipment purchases, owner pay, retirement contributions and income with the tax impact in mind.

Well-established, consistently profitable company
Established businessCombined savings
$200,000+
saved in taxes
Proactive planningCash flow

Taxes were paid reactively and every payment hit the company's cash. Once hiring, purchases and expansion all ran through a tax lens first, the owner said, "I finally feel like I'm in control of my finances instead of my finances controlling me."

Established business with steady revenue

100% Done-For-You

Here's Everything We Do For You

How Julio's team works with construction companies all year, not just in April.

A Dedicated 3-Person Team

Every client gets a tax strategist, an accounting lead and a client success manager, so nothing falls through the cracks and you always know who to call.

Books And Job Costing Fixed

Your accounting lead catches up your books, reconciles every account, sets up job costing and builds the WIP schedule your surety and your bank want to see.

Quarterly Projections And Meetings

Your tax strategist runs your numbers every quarter and sits down with you to plan big purchases, hiring and your own pay before they happen.

Every Construction Lever Worked

We work your entity and salary, how income on open jobs gets counted, equipment timing under Section 179, the credits contractors miss and your retirement plan.

Year-End Moves Made On Time

In the fourth quarter we time your equipment purchases and income, fund your retirement plan and lock everything in before December 31st, while the moves still count.

Both Returns Filed For You

We prepare your company and personal returns and handle IRS and state notices. As an Enrolled Agent firm, we can represent you before the IRS ourselves.

Does It Actually Work?

“
When you call your accountant, it's because something is happening and you need help right then. Every time I've called, you've shown up. That's worth a lot.

Going from $900 to $3,500 a month, yes, it sounds like a lot. But with everything I've learned and the guidance I've received, the value is definitely there.

Still On The Fence?

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to replace my CPA?+
No. Some owners keep the CPA they trust and add us for the planning, and we coordinate with your CPA so the return reflects what we planned. Many move everything to us, so the same team keeps your books, plans your taxes and files both returns.
My books are a mess. Can you still help me this year?+
Yes. Cleaning them up is our job, not something you have to fix before we start. Your accounting lead gets the books current and sets up job costing, and the sooner your numbers are current, the more room we have before December 31st.
Is this going to get me in trouble with the IRS?+
There's a hard line between aggressive and illegal, and we don't cross it. Everything we do is written into the tax code: your entity election, a salary you can defend, when income on a job gets counted and when equipment goes into service. As an Enrolled Agent firm we can represent you before the IRS, so we don't take positions we couldn't defend.
When will I actually see the savings?+
Most of the moves have to be made before December 31st to count for this year, so the work happens during the year. You see the savings when your returns are filed next spring, in the number you owe.
What does it cost?+
Packages start at $1,500 a month, and Advisory, built for construction and service businesses doing $1M to $5M, starts at $2,000 a month. You'll know the exact investment in writing before you sign anything.
Do you work with my kind of construction company?+
Our sweet spot is $1M to $10M in annual revenue: general contractors, specialty trades like electrical, plumbing, HVAC, concrete, roofing and framing, and remodelers. We work with companies across Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, Alabama, South Carolina and North Carolina.
Can we do everything in Spanish?+
Yes. Everything, from our calls to your reports, is available in English or Spanish, with no interpreters. Just tell us which one you prefer.
What happens on the strategy call?+
We go over your entity and your salary, where this year stands so far, and which big jobs or equipment purchases land before year end. You'll get an honest read on how much room there is, and if we're a good match, what it costs.
One Last Step

Want To See How Much Your Company Could Keep This Year?

On the strategy call, Julio looks at your setup and what's still open before December 31st, then tells you honestly where the savings are. If we're a good match, you'll get the exact fee in writing before you decide anything.
